FlexService refers to our rental program for goods and services. This is a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rental service of our products in which FlexLinen owns the products and is responsible for the laundering of goods.

FlexDirect refers to our direct purchase program for our products. This option allows our clients to purchase our products outright on a one-time or on a recurring schedule determined by the client.

The terms & conditions below are for our FlexDirect clients. For FlexService terms and conditions, please refer to your Service Agreement.
Return Policy
First, we would like to say thanks for shopping at FlexLinen.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We are dedicated to providing you with an amazing product and experience. We are committed to correcting any mistakes or errors that may have occurred, here are some things you might want to know...

You are able to return or exchange unused products, for any reason, within 14 calendar days from when the order was received.

There are no returns or refunds on orders exceeding $5000. If your order exceeds this amount, you will be able to exchange your items for an equal value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. At this time shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. This can take a few days depending on credit card issuer's policies.
