  • Can I order samples?
    Yes, please email us at sales@flextowelservice.com to request your samples. Please make sure to provide the product code and your contact info.
  • Where are you located?
    Our headquarters is located in El Monte, CA. and our processing facility is located in Hollywood, CA.
  • We have our own towels that we own, can you launder them?
    Yes, although this is on a case by case basis. We launder many various items for our customers, email sales@flextowelservice.com to discuss your items.
  • What is your service territory?
    Currently, we have routes that cover Southern California. Feel free to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs and delivery locations.
  • How long is your contract?
    Our contracts, referred to as service agreements, are vary by term but we do offer month-to-month. The term length depends on customer needs and inventory levels.
  • Do you have price increases?
    Yes, however our rate increases are capped at an agreed upon annual percentage.
  • Do you charge an Inventory Maintenance or Management fee?
    Yes, we offer our Inventory Replenishment Program in which customers can choose to opt in/out at any time.
  • Do you have a fuel charge?
    No, but we do have a flat rate Service Fee.
  • When can I have my first delivery?
    Our turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
  • Are you open on weekends?
    Our delivery schedule is Monday through Friday only.
  • Do you ship outside of California?
    Yes, we ship across the United States.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Yes
  • What’s your turnaround time?
    This varies by item and quantity needed.
