  • Can I order samples?
    Yes, please email us at sales@flextowelservice.com to request your samples. Please make sure to provide the product code and your contact info.
  • Where are you located?
    Pasadena, CA.
  • We have our own towels that we own, can you launder them?
    Yes, although this is on a case by case basis. We launder many various items for our customers, email sales@flextowelservice.com to discuss your items.
  • How long is your contract?
    Our contract, known as Service Agreements, are month to month. However, if your inventory is over 5000 we will ask for a 6-12 month commitment.
  • Do you have price increases?
    Yes, however this is negotiable. Our clients in term contracts over 6 months do not receive a price increase.
  • How much are your price increases?
    Once a year and capped at 7%.
  • Do you charge an Inventory Maintenance or Management fee?
    Yes, we offer our Inventory Replenishment Program in which customers can choose to opt in/out at any time.
  • Do you have a fuel charge?
    No, but we do have a flat rate Service Fee of $15
  • When can I have my first delivery?
    Our turnaround time is 2-4 weeks.
  • Are you open on weekends?
    Yes, our hours are Monday - Saturday from 7am-5pm
  • Do you ship outside of California?
    Yes, we ship across the United States.
  • Do you charge for shipping?
    Yes
  • What’s your turnaround time?
    10 days
  • Can I put my logo on the towels?
    Yes, we charge $3.75 for direct embroidery and $1.75 for screenprinting on our towels. We also charge a logo design fee which varies.
